Everything you need to know about getting your order to you, and how to return it if you need to.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer a range of delivery options to suit every family. Free delivery is available to your door on orders over £150, or to a number of partner schools every Thursday.
Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch. A great value option for most orders.
Express Delivery
Need it fast? Choose Express Delivery we aim to get your package to you within 1 – 2 working days. Orders must be placed before 12 noon on any working day.
Free Delivery to School
Order by 4pm on Wednesday and we’ll deliver directly to your child’s school the following Thursday — completely free of charge see below for participating schools.
SCHOOL DELIVERY
We deliver directly to a growing number of partner schools every Thursday. Simply place your order by 4pm on Wednesday and your uniform will be waiting at school.
Term time only.
CLICK & COLLECT
Can’t wait for delivery? Collect from our Orpington store — or use our dedicated collection point at the rear, just a 2-minute walk away. No parking needed.
Select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll receive your order immediately.
We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours. During busy periods this may be slightly longer — we’ll be in touch.
Bring your order confirmation email and ring the bell at the collection point. No appointment needed.
Our dedicated collection point is located at the rear of our store in Juglans Road, BR6 0UN — just ring the bell on arrival during opening hours. No parking required.
Alternatively, collect directly from our main store on the High Street during normal trading hours.

RETURNS POLICY
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make it straightforward to return. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Use the Returns Form included with your delivery. If you don’t have it, include a note with your order number, reason for return, and email address.
Pack the item carefully and send it to: Graduates Limited, 201 High Street, Orpington, Kent BR6 0PF
Always retain your postage receipt. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. In-store returns are refunded immediately.
Some schools require a badge or name to be embroidered onto certain items. This option will appear in the product description at checkout. Please be aware that personalised or embroidered items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us before purchasing.
